Digital Voice 911 Service

  • CSI Digital's Hosted Digital Voice 911 service is designed to give digital voice providers the ability to meet FCC E-911 requirements associated with WC Docket Nos. 04-36 and 05-196. Through CSI, digital voice providers can fulfill all of their E-911 requirements quickly, easily and economically.
  • CSI Digital's voice services are designed to be the most robust, fail safe, technically advanced solutions available. The advanced solutions give voice providers the abiltiy to include E-911 service as required by the FCC for both in-region and foreign telephone numbers. CSI Digital's E-911 eliminates the necessity for expensive carrier grade, redundant engineering, set-up costs and connectivity fees required to successfully transmit all of the necessary information via the Wireline E-911 network. CSI Digital provides the equipment needed to transmit all 911 calls to the appropriate PSAP, designated statewide default answering point or appropriate local emergency authority that will service the caller's registered location.
